Introduction

This blog has been started in an effort to keep my journey to find who I am and to improve on myself on track.

Who am I?

I am currently a 51 year young mum of 4, wife, housewife and professional woman. But first and foremost, I am a human being and as such I am not perfect in any way. I am prone to make mistakes and set myself targets that are too ambitious, therefore setting myself up for failure. I am also someone who has a fair dose of lack of confidence in myself, something left over from my childhood.

Like everyone else, I usually start off in the right way to err from that road after a short amount of time. The best I have managed to stay on track so far, has been about 6 months. I am hopeful, but still realistic, that this blog will help me stay on track better and will lead to the better version of me I have been graving for years.

I aim to give a daily update on my progress or at least weekly if I can.

Please bear in mind that this is not in any way meant as a guide on how to do this yourself. I do not claim to be an expert in anything but being me. If you find it helps you to make a plan for you to improve on yourself, I am happy for you, but it is not the aim of this blog.
