Time to start

 Finally I’m going to really attempt improving myself further. 

My aims:

1. Increase fitness level

2. Lose weight

3. Become more organised.


So, to start, here are the tasks for today (5 minute tasks)

For me:

1. Yoga in the morning

2. Yoga before bed

For home/family:

1. Clear recycling

2. Clear before microwave

3. Laundry

For work:

1. Personnel records

2. Tidy on top of printer

3. 1 box in store room


Other things:

Diet needs to improve, so from now on:

1. No sweets today

2. More water

3. NMore fruit  and reduce portions.

To lose 1 kg of weight, This loss should be reached by Friday this week.
